Storage, use, preparation, management of phytopharmaceutical, wine-growing and hydrocarbon effluents.
Oceania ENVIRONMENT will advise you via a free pre-audit on site of your installation - so that you are in compliance with the regulations according to the regulations in force and also your existing one (if there is one) - your needs, your constraints , your budget.
What are the Certifications/standards in force in the environmental field for the protection of water, soil with respect to phytopharmaceuticals from:
-
-
either the washing of machines, sprayers, (management of viticultural, wine-growing effluents, greases, hydrocarbons)
-
either/and during filling or handling (preparation of mixtures, accidental pollution)
-
standards must also be respected in terms of storage, user protection, etc.
-
TO GO TO THE ESSENTIAL:
What are the key points of an inspection?

Beyond a reasoned use of copper, the management of treatment effluents is also to be closely monitored for the quality of your soils (copper decomposes very little naturally, therefore avoiding accidental pollution as much as possible and estimating the relevance of spread effluents loaded with copper on soils already loaded by treatments or when washing the plot (authorized for the moment) of your sprayers or machines)

Main regulations on washing water for plant protection product treatment equipment
-
-
The washing water from plant protection product treatment equipment is classified as dangerous for the environment.
-
Indeed, the concentration of toxic products is still high in these waters and they cannot therefore be discharged directly into the environment.
-
The order of 4 May 2017 , relating to the marketing and use of these products, sets the rules for managing these phytosanitary effluents.
-
This often requires adjustments to be made within the farm to bring it up to standard.
-
It is possible to manage all the effluents on the plot, but it is often more practical to carry out the washing of the equipment on the farm in a sealed area allowing the specific collection of water.
-
-
-
These phytosanitary effluents, once collected, must be treated by one of the systems approved by the ministry.

OTHER TIPS
-
-
Of course you can be accompanied by independent certification bodies (list on each site), or for example by your local chambers of agriculture – or the network of Cuma in the agricultural field.
