Winemaking effluent filtration

The wine industry, like any other, must limit the environmental impact of its effluent, which can disturb the biological balance of rivers, especially during the harvest period.

• Current regulations on cellar effluents require them to be stored and then spread.
• Oceania Environment offers a compact, simple, reliable and economical filtration and tank pack to treat your cellar effluent in compliance with the regulations.

Benefits :

• Washing water can be reused for washing agricultural equipment (not for the winery, as the water must be potable).
• Washing water can be discharged directly into the environment or the sewage system.
• Avoid the need for costly lagooning, which requires construction and maintenance

Equipment supplied :

• 1 10 m3 monobloc tank comprising: ref OCE-CUTTECH-10
• 1 cover – 1 100mm inlet – DN50 ventilation with cap -1 DN90 suction pipe with cap – 1 frame for fixing the tank underground
• 1 Cellar water treatment with filter: Easypure product distributed exclusively by OCEANIA ENVIRONMENT for the wine-growing and agricultural sectors.

Operating principle – installation – maintenance :

• Washing effluent from the winery must be collected and stored in a 10 m3 buffer tank.
• It is then filtered in the filtration unit and discharged either via a booster pump (optional) for washing agricultural equipment, or directly into the water system.

Installation: the tank must be buried – 220 v power supply required – tip: have the filtration unit installed by our approved team for the operating guarantee ( around €2,500 excluding VAT in mainland France – extra charge on quotation).Made in France – 1-year guarantee

Maintenance: filter cleaning according to clogging . This pack is designed for an annual volume of cellar effluent of 2 m3/day): other volumes to be treated: please contact us.
