1. My item has still not arrived, is this normal?

Delivery takes approximately 1 to 4 weeks depending on the products
If it's been less than 20 days, just be patient, your article is on the way.

If your product is still not there after MAXIMUM 5 weeks, contact us, this only happens in very exceptional cases.


2. I want to cancel my order, is it possible?

Yes, you have 24 hours from the time your order has been placed. Just send us an e-mail and we will cancel your order and issue a 100% refund.

3. How do I know if my order is being delivered or not?

4. My item is damaged, can I get a refund?

Absolutely, if your item arrives damaged, send it back to us and you will be refunded.
