Bird repellent scarer kite - resists very well to gusts of wind. Its black, red and yellow color are the colors known to scare away birds (sc INRA). Mounts on a 4 meter mast with a rotating stake, which allows the kite to evolve well with the wind and to be always in motion. SPAN 140 cm
